A writ has been served on Bradford MDC relating to an act of fencing off a site of proposed Village Green for the purpose of developement. In doing so it has been asserted that BMDC, Assett Management needlessly endangered lives in regard to Wreckless Endangerment fencing off access to a bus stop and Public Foot path
