EMF's or electric fields are incraesingly becoming associated with Cancer clusters andlinks with childhood Leukaemia. The main NGT ( National Grid Transco ) lines are 400 KeV directly from the power source at Ferry Bridge . The pictures on the previous page show that there is substanytail el;ectric fields around these structures to ignite 2, 6 ft fluorescent tubes. NGT have objected to the any developements in close proximity to these wires and have also placed restrictions on building within 20 m of the bases of these supporting structures
